2. Assign and Data Retrieval

3. Information Corpuses

Each expert can manage their own corpus by adding relevant documents and training them. RFP archive room will help to retrieve information from past rfps eliminating the manual repetition.

RAG AI + KFR will only look into the most accurate documents in the corpus when generating answers.

4. First Draft

Using Kenja’s document generation feature, a first AI-generated draft of the RFP is created.

5. Revise

6. Finalize
