1. Receive RFP

Vendor receives the RFP template from the purchasing department.

2. Assign and Data Retrieval

Assign each expert to the relevant section with our tasking feature for seamless collaboration. Static information in the RFP template remains unchanged and dynamic information will be retrieved from the expert corpuses.

3. Information Corpuses

Each expert can manage their own corpus by adding relevant documents and training them. RFP archive room will help to retrieve information from past rfps eliminating the manual repetition.

RAG AI + KFR will only look into the most accurate documents in the corpus when generating answers.

4. First Draft

Using Kenja’s document generation feature, a first AI-generated draft of the RFP is created.

5. Revise

Through our Content Management System, your team can interact directly on the draft and leave live comments. These feedbacks can then be sent as prompts to Kenja AI to automate the revision of your first draft.

6. Finalize

Once you have finalized your revision, the final version of your response to the RFP can be securely shared as a published website with the issuing body.
