TED KATAGI TO SPEAK AT THE 2022 HORASIS ASIA MEETING

Kenja CEO Ted Katagi will be speaking at “The un-Metaverse of Reality” panel on November 21 from 14:30-16:00 at the 2022 Horasis Asia Meeting Kitakyushu. The panel focuses on VR and the benefits that the metaverse might bring to humanity. As described by the Horasis Asia Meeting website:

“Greater and cheaper computing power offers individuals who wear virtual reality headsets full access to the Internet: it is a future comprising an escapist vision.  In reality, people wish to spend time with real people in the wonderful real world. What inescapable benefits does the Metaverse offer to us?  Will we all learn to wear VR sets?  Can we all afford these VR machines?  What of the left-behind?”

Mattias Bergström, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum1Net, Spain; Tim Kobe, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eight Inc, Singapore; Andrew McGregor, Director and Founder of Oomvelt Research, USA; Girish Ramachandran, President Asia Pacific of TCS, Singapore; Navroop Sahdev, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Digital Economist, USA; Frank von Seth, Chief Executive Officer of Cyan, Austria; and Hidetoshi Uchiyama, Chief Executive Officer of Unerry, Japan will join Ted on the panel.. It will be chaired by Sam Yilmaz, General Partner at Bloccelerate VC, USA.

The 2022 Horasis Asia Meeting Kitakyushu will be held from November 20-21 at the Kitakyushu International Conference Center, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Province, Japan. It is co-hosted by Horasis Asia Meeting Kitakyushu Executive Committee, Kitakyushu Asian Center for Low Carbon Society, and the City of Kitakyushu. The event will bring together the business and political leaders of Asia.
