He is a builder and investor in the blockchain space with experience as a venture capitalist investing in early-stage blockchain and web3 startups as well as scaling a variety of startups ranging from real estate tokenization to enterprise Saas. From its early stages to where we are now, Jordan Gutt and Rob Madelmayer will share their knowledge on the evolution of one of the most promising use cases for Blockchain: The Metaverse.
Jordan Gutt is the Quality Assurance and Customer Experience Manager as well as Web3 Lead at The Glimpse Group. He is passionate about emerging media, immersive technologies, NFTs, blockchain, Web 3.0, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Extended Reality (XR), spatial computing, and 360 video. He graduated in Mass Communications Studies at Boston University.
Rob Madelmayer is a Co-Founder and Advisor at W3AR, the world’s first web3-native premium streetwear label; managing partner at LFG Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in seed and early-stage businesses based in California; and VP of Global XR Sales at Brightline Interactive, an interactive, spatial and immersive VR/AR technology solutions company for training, simulation and brand experiences. He has a BS in Marketing from George Mason University – School of Business.

In face of an acceleration in blockchain adoption across industries in recent years, Ted Katagi will share his insights on the need and the ways to redefine blockchain for enterprise.
Ted Katagi is a Senior Executive, former Head of Private Equity Asia for Fidelity Investments, Chief Marketing Officer for Vodafone Japan and VerizonWireless (West), and Global Head of Commercial Strategy for Vodafone. Ted is also a former IBM and Bain & Company executive. In 2011 he founded Kenja that evolved to become a Blockchain CMS, and blockchain solutions company in 2020. Known as the Visual Certification Layer, Kenja gives full provenance, transparency, and traceability to processes, people, and things, in a visual and intuitive way.

He is also the founder of Spatial Digital Social Inc. and a founding member of The Fashion DAO as well as the Executive Council Network (ECN). Additionally, he holds partner, board, and member positions at multiple companies such as the World Business Angels Investment Forum, Metaverse Standards Forum, Metaverse Fashion Council, AIXR – The Academy of International Extended Reality, and Acuis. He has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
