Following last year’s success, Kenja is proud to bring the second edition of the Blockchain Provenance Symposium alongside the Global Blockchain Business Council and BlockchainHub. The event, hosted by Nagoya University of Commerce & Business (NUCB), will be held on November 17, and you can register for free here. Dante is a Biz Dev at Skale Labs, working on the next generation of easy-to-use, configurable blockchains. He is a builder and investor in the blockchain space with experience as a venture capitalist investing in early-stage blockchain and web3 startups as well as scaling a variety of startups ranging from real estate tokenization to enterprise Saas. He has a BsB in Management Information Systems Major & Business Law Minor from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.

“From Humble Beginnings – The Evolution of the Metaverse” with Jordan Gutt and Rob Madelmayer

From its early stages to where we are now, Jordan Gutt and Rob Madelmayer will share their knowledge on the evolution of one of the most promising use cases for Blockchain: The Metaverse.

Jordan Gutt is the Quality Assurance and Customer Experience Manager as well as Web3 Lead at The Glimpse Group. He is passionate about emerging media, immersive technologies, NFTs, blockchain, Web 3.0, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Extended Reality (XR), spatial computing, and 360 video. He graduated in Mass Communications Studies at Boston University.

Rob Madelmayer is a Co-Founder and Advisor at W3AR, the world’s first web3-native premium streetwear label; managing partner at LFG Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in seed and early-stage businesses based in California; and VP of Global XR Sales at Brightline Interactive, an interactive, spatial and immersive VR/AR technology solutions company for training, simulation and brand experiences. He has a BS in Marketing from George Mason University – School of Business.

Redefining blockchain for enterprise with Ted Katagi

In face of an acceleration in blockchain adoption across industries in recent years, Ted Katagi will share his insights on the need and the ways to redefine blockchain for enterprise.

Ted Katagi is a Senior Executive, former  Head of Private Equity Asia for Fidelity Investments, Chief Marketing Officer for Vodafone Japan and VerizonWireless (West), and Global Head of Commercial Strategy for Vodafone. Ted is also a former IBM and Bain & Company executive. In 2011 he founded Kenja that evolved to become a Blockchain CMS, and blockchain solutions company in 2020. Known as the Visual Certification Layer, Kenja gives full provenance, transparency, and traceability to processes, people, and things, in a visual and intuitive way.

Srikar works as a senior consultant at Tech Mahindra’s SmarTrust unit. He is responsible for driving Blockchain & Metaverse solutions and defining strategy for enterprises across the world.

 

Abhishek is business technology executive with close to one and a half decade of global experience in tech industry. Abhishek leads the HLS, strategic partnerships and inorganic growth portfolio for Tech Mahindra in Japan.

Rick is an experienced Technology Specialist, with over twenty years in Business and IT, re-imagining and transforming businesses including enabling technology. A creative and innovative thinker, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Specialisation in Innovation and Enterprise along with many professional certifications, Architecture (TOGAF), Cloud (AWS, Azure), Blockchain (Ethereum), Agile (PSM). Rick has a passion for innovation and disruptive technologies.  He leads Blockchain Consulting in Oceania and supports the activation of Blockchain initiatives across APAC.

He is focused on ensuring Enigio’s ground-breaking inventions and services are known and implemented wherever there is a need for digitalisation and transformation. As a senior operations and banking professional, he has over 30 years of experience from the financial sector working in different organizations, geographies and cultural settings. He has a BBA in Economics and Business Administration from Linköping University.

Genevieve Leveille is the Principal Founder and CEO of AgriLedger, an agricultural-focused blockchain systems provider. With more than 25 years of experience under her belt, she also holds executive, non-executive and board positions at multiple companies such as the Acreas Group, Fintech for International Development (F4ID), techUK, Resurgence, and Samson Brothers & Sons. She has a BS in Bio-Chemistry from Columbia University and a certificate in Business Administration from the University of California Extension, Berkeley.

Is the world ready for the Metaverse? Or do we still need to wait for a while? Aditya Mani will share his insights on where are we when it comes to Metaverse implementation. Aditya is the Founder of YOLOgram, an application that styles branded apparel on photorealistic avatars of a person. He is also the founder of Spatial Digital Social Inc. and a founding member of The Fashion DAO as well as the Executive Council Network (ECN). Additionally, he holds partner, board, and member positions at multiple companies such as the World Business Angels Investment Forum, Metaverse Standards Forum, Metaverse Fashion Council, AIXR – The Academy of International Extended Reality, and Acuis. He has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
