Kenja Rooms Feature: AI-Generated Tiles

Kenja Rooms has integrated its first AI tool!

At Kenja, we seek to revolutionize workplace collaboration with innovative, unique solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Our flagship product, Kenja Rooms, is constantly updated with newly-developed features to enhance user experience. This latest update is the first of many AI tools to come and allows for a more efficient way to generate content for increased productivity.

The AI-Generated Tiles feature is a particularly effective and useful tool for tasks that require information retrieval from the World Wide Web. It can increase operational productivity and efficiency by quickly generating information on a wide range of topics which are extracted from publicly available data, including news articles, industry updates, and research papers.

Input Prompt > Enable Photos (Optional) > Generate Tiles of Data

When this feature is enabled, users simply need to input a text prompt on the AI tool in Kenja Rooms and select the option for photo generation, if desired. After a short wait, the AI tool will generate summarized texts, photos, and uploaded files (which users can download). Each tile will have its own uniquely generated summarized text and photo, if enabled, based on the given prompt.

As mentioned, the information and photos generated by the AI is derived and/or extrapolated from the internet. This is made possible through what’s called an “internet corpus” which the AI tool is trained on. An internet corpus is a collection of data (e.g. text or multimedia) taken from sources on the World Wide Web such as websites, online forums, and social media sites.

Kenja Rooms is a Content Management System (CMS) with a customizable and configurable visual user interface that performs different functions (e.g. storage, real-time collaboration, and KPI Management). It can be integrated with various products and services as well as existing business infrastructures for a seamless transition.

The AI-Generated Tiles are an opt-in feature and not available for all Kenja Rooms users.
