Sharing and monitoring information is one of Kenja's key strengths as a platform. Accessing history is made easy by audit trail and specific details: all room access with date/time, download history, site publication history/management, date and time of password update, etc.
High Security options available for on-site deployment, IP whitelisting, two-factor authentication and more.
Designed from scratch for the high security levels expected by larger enterprises and/or by companies in industries with strict security, privacy and compliance policies.
Enhanced security of sending documents on the outside through the unique Publish to Website feature.

Secure Website Publishing
Rooms allows you to share valuable internal content with external parties, using the Publishing Tool, which allows you to create a private and secure website just for your clients.
SOC 1 Compliance
A SOC 1 Type 2 report is an internal controls report specifically intended to meet the needs of Kenja's customers’ management and their auditors, as they evaluate the effect of using Kenja on their own internal controls for financial reporting. The Kenja SOC 1 report examination will be performed in accordance with the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 and the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) No. 3402, therefore it can be used by our customers and their auditors both the US and abroad. We expect our report to be issued in February for the previous year.
