I am a Dr Who fan and this is one of the best ones I have ever seen. Who98 is created by Brian Spradlin. The theme includes all animated cursors in dark blue, 2 wallpapers, one of which is real plain, a screensaver (which has to be installed separate from the theme by right clicking on the icon and choose INSTALL), start-up and shut-down screens and some great wave files, but no icons. This theme is great and I guess that goes to show that great things can come in small packages. |
